Studio Dental is a premier concierge cosmetic dentistry practice in Studio City, dedicated to providing high-level, affluent patients with exceptional dental care. Position Overview: 

We are seeking a full-time Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for coordinating patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients from the moment they enter our practice to the time they leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, executive front-office skills, and a career-oriented approach, dedicated to the practice's growth and success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for patients, working closely with Dr. Alexander Ash and the dental team. 
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette to communicate effectively with patients and team members. 
• Demonstrate excellent numerical skills for handling payments, insurance, and scheduling. 
• Act as the "face" of the practice, greeting patients upon arrival and assisting them upon departure. 
• Increase sales for the practice and oversee staff, contributing to the overall success and growth of Studio Dental. 

Work Schedule: 

• Monday: 9am-6pm 
• Tuesday-Friday: 8am-5pm 
• Team meets for a 15-minute huddle each day before opening. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products. 
• Must be flexible with work schedule and open to working weekends if needed. 

Training & Development: 

• On-the-job training will be provided, including shadowing the current Treatment Plan Coordinator and direct mentoring by Dr. Ash.
